Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking Software Development Engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy distributed ML systems using cutting-edge AI and LLM technologies. You will work with a team of engineers and scientists on an innovative AI service within the Information Retrieval space with high visibility across AWS.

You’ll help shape architecture, contribute to roadmaps, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl

• Design, develop, test, and deploy distributed machine learning systems and large-scale solutions.
• Collaborate closely with your team to influence overall strategy and define the team’s road map.
• Coach and develop junior engineers while upholding quality and best practices
