Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant industry experience or intensive university/internship projects focusing on high-speed digital design or server hardware.
• Foundational understanding of digital circuit design, power electronics, and high-speed interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Design & Bring-Up: Assist in schematic capture, PCB layout reviews, and system bring-up for AI accelerator servers.
• GB3600 Integration: Optimize power delivery, signal integrity, and thermal management for the GB3600 ecosystem.
• Testing & Validation: Lab testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers to validate hardware functionality and debug issues.
• Firmware/Software Collaboration: Collaborate with software and firmware teams to test and refine AI server performance and diagnose bottlenecks.
• Documentation: Create and maintain engineering documentation, testing reports, and schematics.
