Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a Manager, Technology, AI, and Security Risk to lead the organization’s Security Risk Assessment portfolio with a hands-on technical and security architecture focus in the United States.

You will review architecture, design, and controls of internally developed applications, AI-enabled systems, APIs, cloud environments, and external connections, turning findings into prioritized risk decisions while aligning with HIPAA, NIST, and PCI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, engineering, or math discipline.
• 7 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture reviews across apps, AI systems, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Perform threat modeling and secure design reviews throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define the technical assessment approach for AI/ML systems including data governance and security.
• Evaluate security controls across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Drive remediation and ensure compliance with information security policies and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA/NIST/PCI).
