Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: drive the development of systems that identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across AI infrastructure and applications.
• Team Management: build, mentor, and grow a high-performing hybrid team of Applied Scientists and Software Development Engineers.
• Strategic Impact: define and execute the technical roadmap for AI risk auditing and automated remediation capabilities.
• Innovation & Research: stay current with AI security developments and publish findings when appropriate.
