Job summary

TENEX is seeking a Principal Product Manager for AI Strategy to lead the next generation of AI-native proactive defense. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-driven security offerings, transforming complex security data into autonomous defense strategies powered by deep LLM integration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-driven cybersecurity products from concept to market.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines.
• Strong cybersecurity domain knowledge in threat detection and MDR.
• 8+ years in Product Management for technical/high-growth environments.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI-native cybersecurity products from concept to launch.
• Define a strategic, multi-year AI roadmap aligned with automation-first goals.
• Collaborate with AI Research and Detection teams to translate research into playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and GTM to deliver outcomes.
• Perform market and customer discovery with CISOs to identify unmet needs.
