Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Manager for Secure AI & Data Protection to lead day-to-day client workstreams, build security tooling, and mentor teams in a high-growth practice. The role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, hands-on experience with agentic coding tools, and knowledge of AI architecture fundamentals, with opportunities to shape AI security offerings and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total experience in cybersecurity with depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud security, or GRC).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on with agentic coding tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Minimum 1 year of AI architecture fundamentals: LLMs, agentic systems, A2A, RAG, MLOps pipelines.
• Minimum 1 year of AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, adversarial inputs, AI supply chain risks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in threat modeling for AI systems (STRIDE, PASTA) for LLM deployments.
• Cloud platform security fundamentals certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure AI-enabled operations.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions, ensuring all pieces work together.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to create stand-out AI Security and Governance offerings powered by LLMs and AI gateways.
• Develop relationships with clients and gain trust of key advisors.
• Make business cases for the most effective secure AI solutions for clients.
• Support Accenture sales efforts when needed.
• Continue learning and developing technical AI security knowledge.
