Job summary

arrivia is seeking a visionary Manager of Application & AI Security to lead the AI governance mandate and secure-by-default development across AI deployments and cloud ecosystems. You will own the central AI mandate and bridge rapid delivery with robust risk review, embedding guardrails into code and shaping safe AI adoption at scale.

You will guide the secure SDLC, enforce CI/CD guardrails, and define security standards for containers, Kubernetes, and IaC, while mentoring a growing security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or related field (or 7+ years in security).
• 5+ years in AppSec/DevSecOps with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Govern AI tools usage, model governance, and shadow-AI controls.
• Architect AI guardrails aligned with NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001.
• Lead AI red-teaming and threat testing across LLMs.
• Own model registry, AI-BOM, and MCP security.
• Define container, Kubernetes, and IaC security standards.
