Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager-level professional for the Secure AI & Data Protection practice. You will lead day-to-day client workstreams, deliver high‑quality security-focused AI solutions, and mentor consultants. Travel 0–100% may be required based on client needs.

Role emphasizes agentic tools, governance, and security across AI lifecycles. Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity with AI focus, hands-on with agentic coding tools, and cloud security credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total experience in Cybersecurity with depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on proficiency with agentic coding tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI architecture fundamentals: LLMs, agentic systems, A2A, RAG, MLOps pipelines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, adversarial inputs.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in threat modeling for AI systems (STRIDE, PASTA, or equivalent).
• Cloud platform security fundamentals certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (or 6+ years for associate's degree).

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure their AI-enabled operations.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions.
• Work with project teams to create stand-out AI Security & Governance offerings powered by LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Develop strong client relationships and gain the trust of key advisors.
• Make the business case for the most effective secure AI solution for the client.
• Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts when needed.
• Continue to learn and develop technical AI, AI security, and emerging technology expertise.
