Job summary

EVERSANA is looking for an AI Security Engineer I to help secure AI-enabled solutions across our healthtech life sciences platform. You will work with IT, security, data science, and compliance teams to implement controls, assess risks, and ensure responsible AI practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of cybersecurity or AI security experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills to support enterprise governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or AI security disciplines.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and GAI risks.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing security controls for AI/ML/Generative AI solutions.
Support security assessments of AI-enabled apps, models, and services.
Participate in threat modeling for AI systems and identify mitigations.
Monitor AI security risks and recommend risk reduction strategies.
Test and validate AI security controls including data security and access management.
Collaborate with security, data science, engineering, and compliance teams.
Support AI governance initiatives, model inventory, and policy compliance.
Evaluate and implement security tools for AI data pipelines and cloud environments.
Assist in security investigations and incident response for AI platforms.
