Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking an AI Security Engineer to secure GenAI deployments across its AI workloads. This hands-on role focuses on security posture, model validation, and securing the inference layer within a large enterprise.

You will build tooling, automation, and guardrails, collaborate with Cloud Security and engineering teams, and help reduce risk to customer information assets while working in a Miami in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong scripting and automation skills for security tooling and testing AI systems.
• Hands-on experience validating AI/ML models and securing the inference layer.
• Applied understanding of IAM and data security/privacy controls; familiarity with NIST AI RMF.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate AISPM/DSPM across model and inference infrastructure.
• Design, build, and run model validation harnesses for robustness and data leakage checks.
• Build and maintain inference-layer guardrails and access controls for GenAI apps.
• Define and enforce data protection and identity controls for AI systems.
• Collaborate with Cloud Security to validate guardrails in AWS and Azure.
