Job summary

You’ll work on agent orchestration, security tooling, and incident response, contributing to risk assessment and policy guidance while measuring KPIs and maintaining robust logging and telemetry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity or related field with 7+ years’ experience; or Master’s with 6 years; or PhD with 2 years.
• Experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python skills for building production systems.
• Hands-on with at least one security operation area.
• Hands-on with agentic coding tools as part of daily workflow.
• Working knowledge of LLMs and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience integrating APIs and building data pipelines.
• Familiarity with SIEM/EDR/vulnerability scanners and cloud security tools.
• Experience shipping AI agents or automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents that automate security workflows: detection, triage, incident response, risk assessment, compliance monitoring.
• Integrate large language models and AI/ML capabilities with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, cloud security platforms).
• Develop and maintain agent orchestration pipelines, including prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Write Python to build, test, and iterate on agent systems.
• Instrument agents with logging, monitoring, and metrics to measure KPIs.
• Participate in adversarial testing of agent systems and identify failure modes and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with senior ICs to translate research concepts into production-ready systems.
• Contribute to security policy, standards, and technical guidance for AI agents.
• Shape best practices for safe and effective use of AI agents in security operations.
• Contribute to AI Cybersecurity Maturity programs across multiple domains.
