Job summary

Security Level 5 in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring a program lead to design and run fellowship programs, conferences, and community events that advance AI security in frontier labs. You’ll own content, branding, invites, and network-building, working with the CEO and SL5’s ops team to execute initiatives across SF and globally.

A Bachelor’s or equivalent in CS, engineering, physics, math, or related field is required; you should have run multi-iteration fellowship programs and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Equivalent in CS, Engineering, Physics, Math or related SL5 field.
• High agency individual able to identify and fill emergent project needs.
• Experience running competitive fellowship programs with multiple iterations.
• Experience recruiting individuals capable of offers at AI Labs for security roles.
• Highly operationally skilled at running complex programs and events.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fellowship, conferences and community events; own content, branding, invites, and network building.
• Coordinate workshops, panel discussions and conferences in SF and with partner organizations.
• Oversee community engagement and strategy to make the SF offices a thriving hub while maintaining security.
• Collaborate with CEO and SL5 operations to execute initiatives and events.
