Job summary

AGE Solutions LLC is seeking an AI Security Architect to guide security engineering for AI/ML, LLMs, and generative AI across DoD-focused deployments. The role emphasizes translating RMF and NIST requirements into concrete controls and secure data pipelines.

You will collaborate with system owners, architects, and developers to secure AI-enabled systems from concept through production, while communicating risks to technical and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• DoD 8140 Work Role 652 – Security Architect Certification requirement (one of Security X/CASP+CE, CCSP, Cloud+, CISSP, CSSLP, CISM, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSIP, CSSLP, GSEC).
• Must have and maintain a current DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Must reside within commutable distance of Fort Meade, MD or Chambersburg, PA for hybrid onsite (4 days onsite weekly).
• Demonstrated experience securing AI/ML technologies, including LLMs and generative AI.
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, and NIST AI RMF.

Responsibilities

• Provide security architecture and engineering guidance for AI/ML systems, LLMs, generative AI, and supporting infrastructure.
• Apply the RMF to AI/ML system design, integration, deployment, and operation.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific security threats and vulnerabilities, including prompt injection and data poisoning.
• Architect and review secure data pipelines for AI/ML models.
• Develop security approaches to protect mission data and CUI during training and inference.
• Evaluate AI/ML architectures to identify weaknesses and propose threat-informed engineering solutions.
• Translate DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and NIST requirements into practical controls.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate security into AI/ML from concept to production.
• Communicate AI security risks and mitigations to technical teams and Government leadership.
