Job summary

ADM is seeking an AI Security Architect to safeguard enterprise AI systems, focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and safety across cloud and on premises. The role advises on AI risk, conducts adversarial testing, and aligns with governance and legal requirements.

You will partner with Data & AI governance, Legal, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture to implement secure AI designs, review platforms, and enforce controls across the AI lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AI security principles and standards (CISA Secure AI, ISO/IEC 23894).
• Hands-on with data governance and cloud security tools.
• Understanding of AI/ML basics, models, training and inference.
• Experience with generative AI risks and prompt injection scenarios.
• Experience with ML platforms and MLOps tools.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP ML Top 10).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, .NET).
• Ability to communicate risk to technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Consult and implement AI security practices across the AI lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain ADM's AI security architecture and roadmap.
• Establish security standards for model integrity, data lineage and access controls.
• Define AI security testing requirements across development and deployment lifecycles.
• Translate AI security risks into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Lead threat modeling and adversarial testing for AI/ML models.
• Review AI platforms and services for security risks with cross-functional teams.
• Develop design patterns and reference architectures for secure AI deployment.
• Monitor AI systems for adversarial attacks and model misuse; coordinate incident response.
• Provide security guidance for internally developed and external AI products.
• Maintain AI security documentation and best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to embed AI security controls.
• Stay updated on AI advancements to improve security practices.
• Mentor staff in AI security practices across organization.
