Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work/military experience with related AI/security certs.
• 7+ years in application security, DevSecOps, or cloud security with leadership.
• Hands-on with securing AI/ML platforms and enterprise AI infra.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD security, Kubernetes, API security, IaC, and cloud security.
• Experience with Google Cloud security and Vertex AI stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead security testing and AI red teaming for GXO AI apps and platforms.
• Design and maintain AI-aware DevSecOps, pipelines, and runtime protections.
• Develop security standards, threat models, and architecture for AI workloads.
• Evaluate AI security tooling and support build-versus-buy decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to weave AI security into enterprise architecture and incident response.
