Binance seeks a seasoned product manager to lead AI-driven consumer experiences across its platform. You will shape recommendation, personalization, and conversational features, translating user needs into concrete requirements and delivering impact with data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, owning initiatives from concept to launch while aligning with business goals and user value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer internet, platform, or AI-related products.
• Experience in recommendation systems, search, personalization, or conversational products is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver within a defined contract period.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of AI-driven product initiatives across consumer-facing experiences;
• Help define and optimize personalized, recommendation-based, and conversational AI features to drive user engagement;
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver product improvements on time;
• Translate user needs, business goals, and market insights into clear product requirements;
• Use data, user feedback, and testing results to refine product experience and performance;
• Contribute to product innovation in AI interaction, personalization, content discovery, and generated experiences
