Job Summary

Claritev pioneers innovative healthcare payment solutions, leveraging data analysis to create tailored action plans that help our customers thrive. The role involves enabling deeper insights and better decision-making through data science techniques, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, understand data, develop insights, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
  • Mine and analyze data, build predictive models, and optimize product development, marketing, and strategies.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps teams for model implementation.
  • Deploy solutions and monitor their efficacy continuously.
  • Ensure ethical use of AI/ML models, maintaining transparency and relevance.
  • Advance data science practices through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Uphold the company's core values and competencies.
  • This role is considered high risk and privileged due to exposure to PHI-sensitive data.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science and GenAI-driven products.
  • Experience with data mining, analysis, modeling, algorithms, and simulations.
  • Passion for uncovering insights in large datasets and improving business outcomes.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar statistical languages.
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Science or related; Master’s preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $120K - $130K, with additional benefits including health insurance, 401k, bonus, and more. We offer flexible schedules, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid parental leave, stock purchase plan, generous PTO, and others.
