You will guide the development of scalable safety evaluation capabilities, turning manual reviews into automated, scientifically rigorous processes, and collaborate with ML, research, privacy, legal, and product teams. You will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineering managers, software and ML engineers, and applied scientists; define

Formación

• 12+ years of software/machine learning engineering experience.
• 8+ years managing engineers or multiple technical teams.
• Experience building or transforming engineering organizations.
• Strong software engineering foundation and architecture experience.
• Practical expertise in ML and modern AI architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for AI safety engineering and evaluation.
• Lead automated model-based evaluation approaches and safety assessment methods.
• Direct scalable safety evaluation workflows and automation pipelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate safety requirements into measurable criteria and insights.
