Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking or corporate development with M&A exposure.
• Experience evaluating SaaS businesses and recurring revenue models.
• Startup experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and workflow optimization.
• Experience with financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction analysis.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Aufgaben

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets focusing on SaaS, AI, and tech.
• Build a pipeline via sourcing, networking, and market research.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Assess targets on performance, technology, product-market fit, growth, and strategic fit.
• Develop relationships with founders, investors, bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute Employer.com's M&A strategy.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate closing.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI within portfolio companies.
• Collaborate on post-acquisition integration and value creation.
• Monitor SaaS, AI, and startup market trends to identify opportunities.
