Qualifications

• PhD or Master's with 6+ years of applied research.
• 3+ years of industry or academic research experience.
• Experience in robotics, ML, and control systems.
• Publications at major Robotics/ML/AI conferences.
• Experience with simulation environments for robot learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop controllers using reinforcement or imitation learning for robust motor behaviors.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate motor control with hardware under real-world constraints.
• Use simulation and real-world testing to refine control algorithms.
• Stay updated on robotics, AI, and control advancements.
• Lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers.
