Job summary

Eccalon, LLC seeks an AI Expert – Robotics to lead design, development, and integration of AI/ML in robotic systems for mission-critical applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement autonomous perception and decision-making in embedded robotics platforms.

You will deploy AI models, optimize vision and sensor fusion, and stay current with AI/robotics technologies while supporting field deployments and system validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in AI/ML and robotics development.
• Strong programming in Python and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with robotic systems, sensors, actuators, and autonomy fundamentals.
• Experience deploying AI models to production or real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven algorithms for perception, decision-making, planning, and control in robotic systems.
• Integrate ML/AI models into robotic platforms and embedded systems.
• Develop and optimize computer vision, sensor fusion, and autonomy solutions.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams for end-to-end integration.
• Train, evaluate, and deploy ML models in real-world environments.
• Support simulation, testing, and field deployment of AI-enabled robotics.
