Job summary

BECU, a leading financial services cooperative, seeks an Enterprise Risk Analyst – AI Risk to guide responsible AI adoption. You will identify, assess, and monitor AI-related risks while strengthening governance and risk practices across the organization.

You’ll partner with technology, governance, compliance, and business leaders to translate complex AI risks into actionable guidance and metrics that protect members and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or statistics or related quantitative field.
• 1 year of Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 2 years preferred.
• Experience supporting AI Risk Management or AI Governance is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor risks related to AI, ML, and generative AI across the organization.
• Review AI systems, models, data, and processes to support governance and risk management.
• Develop risk analytics, dashboards, testing procedures, and reports for risk assessment.
• Collaborate with technology, governance, compliance, and business leaders on risk-based decisions.
