Job summary

BECU is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst - AI Risk to identify and manage AI-related risks across the organization. You will partner with technology and governance teams to assess models, tools, and data, and support effective governance and risk management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with risk, technology, and compliance partners, with exposure to innovative AI initiatives while protecting member data and ensuring regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance/statistics/quantitative areas or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of AI risk, risk management, governance, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with analytical tools and risk reporting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI risk assessments with stakeholders to identify, assess, and evaluate AI-related risks.
• Perform independent reviews and validation of AI systems, models, data, and processes.
• Monitor AI-related risks, controls, and performance indicators.
• Support development and execution of AI governance processes within Enterprise Risk Management.
