Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced Senior AI Integration Analyst to design, build, and deploy AI agents for risk analytics and compliance workflows. You will lead technical strategy, mentor teammates, and ensure regulatory compliance across the enterprise platform.

You will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver secure, auditable AI-driven solutions, while staying current with LLM advancements and enterprise AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years building AI-powered apps or LLM-based workflows.
• 2+ years in banking, financial services, or risk/compliance domain with hands-on exposure to financial risk concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and multi-step AI workflows with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI use cases to support credit risk, portfolio monitoring, compliance reviews, and other risk functions.
• Partner with Technology to transform AI use cases into enterprise-grade agent solutions.
• Collaborate with Risk leadership and domain experts to translate complex workflows into scalable automated solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts and contribute to internal best practices and documentation.
