Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote, flexible, project-based role evaluating AI-generated media. You’ll host live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

You’ll rate images, videos, and audio against prompts, write concise English explanations, and help improve AI systems. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome; pay is hourly with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging which better followed the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches; writing explanations in English.
