Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing, all from home or while traveling.

In this role you will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing precise evaluations and explanations. Applicants from the US and other countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfort with conversational speech.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio, then explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide written explanations in English.
