Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing, helping to improve how AI systems respond to prompts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly in discussions.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and rate how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge alignment with prompts and quality.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting issues like misalignment, artifacts or irrelevant audio, with precise notes.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues and your reasoning.
