Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will interact with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, can think on their feet, and can write concise explanations. Flexible, remote work with payments on a weekly basis and access to leading LLMs is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Desire or ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the US and others.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like artifacts or mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to observed issues.
