Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all from a remote, flexible schedule.

You’ll rate prompts adherence and realism, write concise English explanations, and help improve AI reasoning. Applicants from multiple countries can join; pay is hourly with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural and clear each output sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
