Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Earn up to $15/hr with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates have strong English written skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatch.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
