Outlier in the United States operates a remote, flexible-hours review program that pays contributors to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what’s off, all from home or while traveling.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations in English. The role offers weekly payments and access to leading LLMs, with compensation up to $18/hour

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is beneficial but not required.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
