Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in systems programming, infrastructure, or backend development.
• Experience building and deploying scalable production-grade software using modern languages and tools.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality/review.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples across Python, C/C++, Rust, Go, Java, and JavaScript (including ReactJS).
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers to enhance enterprise AI-driven coding solutions.
• Build agents to verify quality of systems-level and infrastructure code and identify error patterns.
• Hypothesize steps in the software engineering cycle and evaluate model capabilities.
