Job summary

Fionics in New York seeks AI research scientists to join its core alpha-research process, working upstream of a large portion of the firm’s activities and shaping how the team leverages data to generate signals. You’ll combine deep AI research with finance on a highly resourced, engineering‑heavy team, where your work is tested on real data and optimized for production.

PhD is preferred, exceptional non-PhD candidates considered, with a strong ability to explain complex results clearly to both

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in machine learning across pre-training and post-training.
