Silimate in Mountain View, CA is hiring software interns with strong AI research experience to push AI-native tools and agent-driven workflows for chip design. This is an in-person role requiring presence in the Mountain View office and offering part-time or full-time options effective immediately.

You’ll work closely with founders on research directions and contribute by architecting and benchmarking methods across models, algorithms, and training frontiers for AI-native chip design.

Qualifications

• Available for 15-40 hours/week in-person in Mountain View, CA.
• Strong coding skills in Python and C++ and ability to ship high-quality code quickly.
• Experience with applied AI and AI research.
• Adaptive, data-driven thinker who works from first principles.

We’re hiring software interns with significant experience with AI research (across models, algorithms, and training methodology) to help push the frontier of our AI-native tools and agent-driven workflows for chip design.

This is an in-person role at our Mountain View office, and can be either part-time or full-time effective immediately.

This may transition into a full-time role.

• Available for 15-40 hours/week in-person in Mountain View, CA
• Good at writing/shipping high-quality code (Python/C++) quickly
• Experience with applied AI and AI research
• Adaptive, data-driven, and works from first principles
