Apollopros is seeking a Data Analyst I – Predictive Modeling & AI Research in the South San Francisco area. The role focuses on predictive analytics, AI prototyping, and building data foundations for next-gen AI capabilities.

You will work across multimodal datasets, develop AI-enabled analytics platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions in a dynamic R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, CS, computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics or related field.
• Strong background in predictive modeling, ML, AI, data science workflows.
• Experience with biomedical, healthcare, or life sciences datasets.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and applying software engineering within data science.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, prototype, and test emerging AI technologies and agentic AI capabilities.
• Develop MCP tools, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility and high-impact use cases.
• Translate prototype findings into scalable platform requirements.
• Partner with engineering to transition prototypes into production solutions.
• Support governance, compliance, and deployment activities.
