Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an AI Reliability Operations Engineer in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote). The role focuses on maintaining the reliability of Qira’s production and non-production systems across the full AI stack.

You will handle incident response, monitor health via Grafana, manage change requests, and ensure accurate records in ticketing systems. Strong English writing and cross-team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in incident response or an SRE-adjacent role.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or cloud-native dashboards.
• Experience with alerting tools such as PagerDuty or OpsGenie, and ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Experience Troubleshooting: can isolate where a problem actually lives (which service, which layer).
• Experience in Azure, including core cloud concepts and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident response and cross-functional resolution.
• Monitor system health with Grafana dashboards and verify resolutions.
• Triage change requests and manage incident/CR records in ticketing systems.
• Monitor production and non-production systems using observability dashboards and AI signals.
• Improve tooling to reduce manual repetitive work across incident handling.
