Job summary

HOYA Vision Care is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead the enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture across data governance, MDM, Data Warehouse, Data Fabric, and AI-enabled data initiatives.

You will partner with business leaders, architects, and global teams to deliver future-ready data ecosystems supporting analytics, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Data/Enterprise Architecture, Information Architecture, Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing enterprise data strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading Data Governance, MDM, Data Warehouse, or enterprise data transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures including Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Data Fabric, API-based integration, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmaps across governance, MDM, data warehousing, integration, analytics, and information management.
• Lead architecture reviews and promote adoption of data architecture standards across the organization.
• Provide leadership for enterprise data governance programs and define data ownership, stewardship, quality, and metadata standards.
• Define enterprise information architecture, data domains, and MDM strategy; establish authoritative data sources and master data processes.
• Define future-state architectures, lead data warehouse modernization and Data Fabric initiatives, and evaluate emerging technologies.
