Job summary

Honda is seeking a Data and Solution Architect to define, govern, and advance enterprise data architecture for scalable AI solutions. You will ensure data platforms, models, standards, and semantic structures support AI/ML, GenAI, and POC work while meeting governance, security, and compliance requirements.

The role covers AI-ready data modeling, governance collaboration, and guiding data sourcing for AI Data Scientists and engineers, with onsite work and one remote day per week as part of a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Eng or related field.
• 8+ years in data/solution architecture or analytics architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data-driven product initiatives.
• Experience with federated governance or hub-and-spoke models.
• Data profiling and data quality management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of logical, physical, and semantic data architectures for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases.
• Define AI-ready data models and analytics-ready data assets aligned to enterprise platforms.
• Ensure alignment between data platforms, AI tooling, and MLOps pipelines.
• Support governance of the Foundry Ontology layer as the enterprise semantic backbone.
• Architect integrations across source systems, data platforms, and analytics tools.
