Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping AI/ML-powered products and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead two pods (~8 people) spanning data engineering and AI development.
• Define strategic roadmap for data infrastructure modernization.
• Own end-to-end AI enablement strategy and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure agent vs. analyst parity with reconcilable, evaluable outputs.
• Oversee reliability for AI readiness and data governance compliance.
