Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center cabling infrastructure deployments across the U.S. You will handle planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and on-time delivery, working with clients, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management for data centers or IT infrastructure, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with AI infrastructure deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting data centers or similar IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management, scheduling, or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports, and closeout documentation.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Ensure field work meets project requirements in collaboration with Superintendents.
