Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and determine which media best follows prompts. You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off to help improve AI systems.

Work on a flexible schedule with pay per hour. Rates vary by expertise, with weekly payouts via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Access to leading LLMs is provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think on your feet and talk through realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank and compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations pointing to what was observed and why, in English.
