Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain in writing what’s off, helping improve real-world AI reasoning.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses, while spotting issues like distorted visuals or audio misalignment. Compensation is hourly with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
