Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a seasoned leader to build AI-powered quality monitoring systems for frontline member interactions across voice and chat. You will embed with frontline teams, own high-volume AI agents, and translate insights into coaching that improves performance and member experience.

You will design real-time evaluation, develop scalable coaching workflows, and visualize trends to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in high-ownership operator roles: startup strategy, biz ops, consulting, or internal tooling PM.
• People leadership experience: directly managed, mentored, or grew individuals or teams.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, with an active practice of pushing their limits.
• Strong data fluency: self-serve analysis, turning data into insights.
• Systems thinking: design frameworks, not just fixes.
• Instinct for quality in human interactions shaping AI criteria.
• Coaching mindset: enable frontline managers to act on insights.
• Exceptional communication across guides to executives.

Responsibilities

• Embed with frontline teams to define what quality looks like in practice.
• Own performance of high-volume frontline AI agents across voice and chat.
• Build AI-powered quality monitoring systems to influence business outcomes.
• Evaluate member interactions in real time across millions of touchpoints.
• Create coaching workflows that surface actionable feedback to leaders immediately.
• Visualize data, criteria, signals, and trends to reach the right person at the right time.
• Scale successful systems to new teams and channels.

• Oversee a small team of operators and agent builders driving performance.
