Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a major business management company, seeks an AI QA Tester in the Dallas, TX area. You will test AI-driven applications within an enterprise environment, leveraging modern QA automation tools and contributing across the software development lifecycle.

You will combine strong manual testing with automated skill sets in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and API testing, while collaborating in an Agile/Scrum setting to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing in an enterprise QA environment.
• Hands-on AI/ML testing experience; AI testing is required.
• Strong understanding of SDLC across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Experience releasing applications across development, QA, and production environments.
• Strong manual testing experience: functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Familiar with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
• Understanding of AI application testing concepts, including validating AI-generated outputs, accuracy, and edge cases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong test case creation, defect tracking, test execution, and QA documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and communicate defects.
