Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an AI / Python Developer to join our Stamford, CT team, building AI and machine-learning solutions for the insurance industry. This hands-on role focuses on designing and deploying Python algorithms that automate underwriting, pricing, and premium audit, in collaboration with an R&D group.

Strong design, debugging, and Azure experience are preferred; a Bachelor’s in computer science or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Related field or equivalent working experience.
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Strong design, coding, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of architectural, design, and agile patterns and methodologies.
• Advanced Python Knowledge.

Akkodis is seeking an AI / Python Developer for an exciting opportunity to join a growing R&D team focused on developing artificial intelligence solutions for the insurance industry. This position will help design and build AI and machine-learning algorithms that automate traditionally manual processes across underwriting, pricing, and premium audit. We are looking for a hands-on developer with strong Python development, problem-solving, and software design skills who is interested in applying AI and machine learning to real-world business challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, data, and insurance technology.

Pay/Salary Range: $80,000.00/Year to $120,000.00/Year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Responsibilities
