Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an AI Prompt Security Engineer to join Experis' Attack Surface Intelligence team in Charlotte, NC (or Chandler, AZ). This role focuses on AI-driven security analysis and vulnerability validation for enterprise environments.

You will design prompts, build AI harnesses, research AI-driven defenses, and collaborate with engineering and security teams to automate analysis and reduce manual effort at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI prompting for cybersecurity defense and attack surface analysis.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and validation techniques to minimize false positives.
• Knowledge of WAF testing, perimeter scanning, and cybersecurity data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for cybersecurity use cases to enhance security analysis and vulnerability validation.
• Develop AI harnesses and evaluation frameworks to ensure prompt effectiveness and accuracy in operational environments.
• Research and implement AI-driven solutions for vulnerability discovery, attack surface management, and defensive security operations.
• Create workflows leveraging AI to analyze security data from SAST, DAST, WAF, and attack surface assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to automate analysis processes and reduce manual effort, improving efficiency and accuracy.
