Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented individuals to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, explain what’s off, and work remotely on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, evidence-based explanations. Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot artifacts, flickering, or mismatches.
• Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
