Outlier is seeking detail-oriented experts to review AI-generated media from home, with flexible hours and weekly payments. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

The role helps shape AI behavior by providing precise evaluations across text, image, video, and audio outputs. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to work remotely on their own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions in natural conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
