Job summary

NiCE is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support customer-facing software and AI-enabled delivery projects. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, maintain plans, and help the team follow PMO standards in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone with up to 4 years of experience in software or SaaS projects, a solid grasp of AI concepts, and strong communication skills. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS projects.
• Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in AI, technical, or SaaS environments preferred.
• Developing problem-solving and risk-awareness skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce.
• PMP, AI, or similar certification a plus

Role Description:

AI Delivery Experience (Preferred)

• Exposure to software delivery involving conversational AI or AI-enabled platforms.
• Basic understanding of AI, LLM, or NLU concepts and terminology.
• Ability to follow and document AI-related requirements and risks.
• Support customer expectation-setting with guidance from senior team members.
• Awareness of common AI risks such as data quality or model limitations.
• Familiar in learning prompt engineering concepts and AI performance metrics.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools for productivity, documentation, or analysis.

Project Management Experience:

• Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS projects.
