Job summary

Appsierra Group in the United States seeks an experienced Computer & Information Systems Manager to lead technology initiatives, manage teams and vendors, and deliver results on multi-quarter projects, including AI evaluation programs.

You will develop project plans, oversee SLAs, coordinate vendors, monitor risk, and report progress to stakeholders. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and independent remote work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading multi-quarter technology initiatives.
• Experience managing technology projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong team and cross-functional leadership.
• Coordinate external vendors and manage SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for focused technology initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Lead initiatives through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee external technology vendors and service providers.
• Establish, monitor, and manage vendor deliverables against SLAs.
• Track vendor performance and address issues affecting outcomes.
• Lead and support cross-functional project teams for effective collaboration.
• Resolve conflicts and make timely decisions when priorities compete.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain project documentation covering status, risks, decisions, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Prepare concise, actionable reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate project status clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure initiatives stay within scope.
